My 10 favourite YouTube Travel Channels

I always enjoyed watching travel shows. They were not only a tool to learn about different countries and cultures, but they also evoked travel bug that inspired me me to start travelling and exploring the world. Since I got my GoPro and I started making my own travel videos (which is btw also the reason I don’t post as much as I should on my blog), I discovered the world of YouTube travel channels – a fun and inspiring alternative to travel shows. Here is a list of 10 channels I currently enjoy watching:

• Kara & Nate

American couple Kara and Nate are full time travellers on a mission to visit 100 countries by 2019. They vlogs are interesting, fun, informative and their bubbly personalities makes me want to just pack your bags and join them on their adventures.

Video: Sirmione on the Lake Garda in Northern Italy

A year ago I travelled to Italy with my friends and husband. One of the places we’ve visited on that weekend-trip was lovely Sirmione located on the south bank of Lake Garda (Lago di Garda). We strolled the cute narrow streets and alleys, ate some delicious Italian gelato, marvelled the Scaligera Fortress, visited ruins of an ancient Roman Villa called Grotte di Gatullo and admired the amazing sunset over the Lake Garda. Video: Autumn Sunday at Stoos

A while ago my husband and I went to Stoos, a small car free village in the mountains of Central Switzerland. As you might remember, I’ve already wrote about this trip, but I haven’t show you the video I made. I finally managed to edit it (it took ages, I know) and here it is. Hope you’ll enjoy it!

Video: Amazing Seychelles

After 14 days in warm tropical climate of SE Asia my body struggle to adapt to cold winter temperatures here in Switzerland. I feel miserable. In such state, I’m trying to lift my spirits by editing videos and photos from my trips to the warm and sunny places.
