Blast from the Past: London II.

I love London and for that reason I think it deserves to be featured in my Blast from the Past series for the second time. This particular set of photos was made in November 2014, when I visited London with my husband and friend in order to attend the UEFA Qualifier football match between England and Slovenia. We didn’t just support Slovenian team at the Wembley, but we’d also (re)explored this awesome town.

Celebrating love and friendship in Edinburgh

Life as an expat has a lot of challenges. Nourishing friendships with people who you used to be friend before you left to live abroad can be challenging. Some friendships fade away, but there are friendships that neither distance, nor lack of communication can’t kill. With some friends it doesn’t matter how long how long you don’t see each other, when you meet, you just continue where you left when you last time saw each other. I was blessed with some such friends. When one of them got engaged and invited me to her wedding, I didn’t hesitate to book the trip to Edinburgh to celebrate her wedding day with her.

Blast from the Past: London

Today’s Blast from the Past post is taking you to one of my favourite cities – to London. I’ve spent a year there studying towards my masters degree. That year was definitely one of the best years in my life. Living in city that has to offer so much and exploring it with a group of amazing friends was an experience I will never forget.

This particular set of photos was made in september 2013, after I already left London, but I returned for a few days to attend my graduation ceremony. This time showed this fabulous city to some of my favourite people: my family and boyfriend. We wandered around town and exploring all major sights:
